Tatyana Vladimirovna Shapovalenko is the chief physician of the Treatment and Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation. In 2004 she defended her Ph.D. thesis. Against the backdrop of the general problem of excess weight, people’s complaints about being underweight can look far-fetched and even funny. But, nevertheless, unsuccessful attempts to add a few kilograms worry many. However, a distinction should be made between persistently low weight and weight loss. This is what we will talk about today. If a person eats normally, but does not gain weight, but, on the contrary, loses it, this is a reason to immediately consult a doctor. After all, causeless weight loss is a more alarming symptom than a gradual increase in body weight.

What to pay attention to

Weight loss can be considered abnormal; ate without special diets, strong anxiety and physical effort within a month; body weight decreases by two kilograms or more. In this case, it is worth taking tests and ruling out the presence of vitamin deficiency, decreased hemoglobin levels and other problems that are revealed only with a sufficiently detailed examination.

The thyroid gland is working

The most common and common cause of spontaneous weight loss is considered to be thyroid disease. In this case we are talking about its hyperfunction. If an endocrinologist, based on the results of an examination, has discovered this problem, he will prescribe appropriate treatment, which consists of taking special medications or even the work of an endocrinologist surgeon. With timely treatment, thyroid dysfunction is eliminated quickly enough, and you can normalize your weight.

Mental problems

Another reason for a sharp decrease in body weight can be psychological problems in a person. This is severe anxiety that occurs as a result of chronic stress or extreme fatigue. As it is often called now: chronic fatigue syndrome. Some people become overwhelmed by anxiety and gain weight, but others lose weight due to severe anxiety.

The most unpleasant reason

The most unpleasant and alarming reason for sudden weight loss can be the development of a malignant tumor in the body. And the earlier cancer is diagnosed, the easier and faster it is treated. Therefore, I would like to repeat again: if you are concerned about the problem of uncharacteristic weight loss, please consult a doctor. Let him establish the cause, because early diagnosis is the key to a good treatment result. Sometimes it happens that people gain weight. The reasons may be different, but it often happens that weight gain affects a person’s mood. He becomes gloomy, self-absorbed or even aggressive. All thoughts come down to one thing: “I’m getting fat! How to lose weight, what to do with it? I don’t like myself, others don’t like me!”

Consult a doctor

First of all, you should determine the cause of your weight gain. This may be a disease or a disorder of the motor load system. First of all, you should consult a general practitioner. He himself will determine the cause of weight gain or send you to a specialist who will conduct additional research. Most likely, this will be an endocrinologist. Thyroid dysfunction is a common cause of weight gain. Therefore, it doesn’t hurt to check if you have a similar problem.

Stress

The second common reason for weight gain is depression or chronic stress. Some people begin to “eat” their problems and randomly sweep away everything that is in the refrigerator or on the table. At the same time, body weight inevitably increases. If the scale readings are no longer satisfactory, you need to try to understand yourself and start by improving your state of mind.

Let's start working

If you managed to rule out thyroid dysfunction or chronic stress, and your weight continues to increase, don’t despair. You are a healthy person and you can fix everything. Get to work!

How to eat?

If your weight increases, be sure to eliminate flour products, sweets and confectionery. In this case, you should eat in small portions, at least 5–6 times a day. A full breakfast, a snack of fruits, juices or vegetable salads, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner are required. But it is better to take the last meal no later than 18-00. True, if the daily routine suits you, go to bed before midnight. If bedtime occurs at a different time, shift your dinner time so that there are still about four hours left before bed. With this regime, even those who have long lost the habit of doing this will want to have a full breakfast. This way you will save yourself from having to eat heavily at lunch.

How much to move?

Physical activity for a person who wants to lose weight should be at least three hours a week. Moreover, a light walk in the forest cannot be considered a sufficient level of exercise. And even swimming is not suitable for active weight loss, despite the fact that it is considered an exercise very useful for losing weight.

The human body has enormous potential, which I personally used to restore my health, when you are over 40, these are no longer toys.)

To begin with, I propose to replace the word “weight loss” with “normalization or weight loss”; the word “thin” carries a negative message. The following is not a panacea, but you can always choose a different approach for yourself, because each person’s body is individual. The main thing is to understand and admit to yourself that there is a problem and understand that with every kilogram left it will only get better, both physically and emotionally.)

I developed health problems due to my high weight (in particular, gouty arthritis, which is when the joints in the feet become inflamed, the feet swell and it’s incredibly painful to walk, and this can also cause kidney problems), sometimes I reached 127 kg, with a height of 178 Then I made up my mind and realized that I wanted to live, not exist, and decided to start a healthy lifestyle. I changed my regime and diet, began to move more, and gave up drinking. First of all, I forced myself to have a hearty breakfast and lunch. After a week, I could no longer live without breakfast. Accordingly, I wanted to eat less in the evening, plus a glass of liquid before each meal. All fats mainly accumulate at night, after we eat at night. I changed my diet, basically a long time ago I gave up butter, sausages and the like, white bread, and frequent consumption of fatty meats; I cope with chicken breasts. I began to eat more seafood, vegetables and fruits. Sometimes my dinner consists of just vegetables or fruits, otherwise it’s mostly cottage cheese with sour cream. I compensate for the scarcity of fats by consuming unrefined sunflower oil; it is also good for the liver as it is a choleretic agent. The main thing is not to eat anything high-calorie after seven. Man is a rational being, so when your brain tells you that you need to load your stomach with something else that is terribly high in calories, your mind must turn on, your stomach can be deceived. And more liquid (water), because due to a low-fat diet, there may be problems with going to the toilet.) In the first month, minus six kilos, in the next month, three kilos. It cannot be done without physical activity, it can even be an exercise bike (if there are no back problems), sharp loads stimulate metabolism and blood flow and do not allow stretched skin to sag. I do gymnastics every morning. You get used to it, the main thing is to start. Now I feel great, I have a ton of energy and more, and I can easily run up the escalator. The body has trained to carry a heavy body, I take a 25 kg bag on my shoulders and understand how heavy my body was carrying, but every cloud has a silver lining, the bag is no longer particularly difficult. Large weight means: rapid fatigue, a huge load on the heart and other vital organs, and the risk of diseases associated with this, for example, diabetes, heart attack, stroke, osteochondrosis, etc., increases accordingly. Naturally, for all this you need to be able to cope with stress. Believe me, it's possible. You need to make a choice between gluttony and health and move more; prolonged sitting also destroys your spine (in a lying position, the load on the intervertebral discs of the lumbar spine is 20 kg, in a standing position or when walking 70 kg, in a sitting position more than 140 kg. In addition, in a sitting position, the intervertebral disc does not receive nutrition and is depleted. It is because of a sedentary lifestyle that problems with the spine appear; it is imperative to walk during breaks, since, first of all, it is during movement that nutrition is supplied to the discs (Danilov I.M.)). It is better to spend time now on maintaining health than to waste time on restoring it later, and you need to remember that no amount of money can buy health. The choice is yours.

The average weight of one-year-olds is 10.5 kg, at two years old - 12–13 kg, at three years old - 13.8–15.7 kg... Has your child exceeded these figures? Calculate the excess as a percentage of the age norm. There is no need to worry about a deviation of 5-10%. Body weight 15–25% more than average? The prospect of 1st degree obesity is a reason to visit a doctor!

1 Don't overfeed! A toddler should receive 350–400 ml of food at each meal (in addition to drinking). By stretching his stomach, you create the ground for excess weight. And this is no longer a joke! Those who are burdened with it from an early age are in danger of the heart, blood vessels, joints, spine, and there is a threat of developing diabetes.

2 Don't put us on starvation rations! A growing body needs an uninterrupted supply of energy, so you cannot sharply limit your baby’s food, as you do yourself when you want to lose weight quickly. Just keep butter to a minimum in his diet (don’t put it in purees or porridge) and sugar.

3 Healthy replacement. Replace sweets and confectionery with fruits and berries, preferably sweet and sour ones (black and red currants, sea buckthorn, cherries, cherries, blueberries) - they are very healthy, and in dried form no less than in fresh ones. Give milk, kefir, cottage cheese with low fat content, and cream, sour cream, fermented baked milk - occasionally and little by little.

Is x-ray dangerous for a child?

The doctor gave a referral, but you are scared: is it harmful? The study is dangerous only if the radiation dose is exceeded, which happens if you take an image more than 5-6 times a year. X-rays are acceptable for children of any age, but if there is another diagnostic method, the doctor is more likely to choose it. But fluorography is prohibited for children under 18 years of age!

What are these balls under the skin?

Inflammation of the lymph nodes - lymphadenitis - can occur for various reasons.

Measles and rubella begin with the appearance of an elastic ball behind the ear.

A chain of peas under the lower jaw is felt when a tooth or throat hurts.

With severe infections, the submandibular nodes become the size of beans or larger!

Enlarged parotid nodes indicate inflammation of the middle ear (otitis media).

The inguinal lymph nodes react to inflammation of the testicles in boys and ovaries in girls caused by mumps viruses and other infections.

When one or two glands or a group of lymph nodes are enlarged, we are talking about local inflammation.

Are the glands swollen all over your body, including your stomach? It is necessary to exclude adenoviral infection, mononucleosis, and sometimes leukemia (but this is rare in children).

Weight normalization

One of the severe bad habits is food addiction, which leads to overeating. Overeating is the same problem as drunkenness and addiction. With addictions, we teach people how to work on .

Excess weight is not only a problem for appearance. This is a very large load on the entire body. Most overweight people suffer from hypertension, coronary heart disease, allergies, and digestive diseases.

Weight does not need to be harmonized, but rather normalized. When harmonizing your weight, there is a chance that it will increase. This is a typical mistake at the stage of composing a thought form (if we work out the situation using the Reiki tool).

Just as there is no average person, there is no average weight. Everything is individual. Everything must come from the inner “center”.

Weight is influenced by many factors:

Floor

Age

Genetics

Environment state

Place of Birth

Raised by one or two parents

Family traditions

Psychotype

Much more.

The weight problem can be divided into two categories:

1. Simply overweight or lack thereof

2. Metabolic syndrome. Accompanied by such violations as:

Weight gain

High blood pressure

Increased cholesterol

and other associated disruptions of the cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract, etc.

Is it SIMPLY an increase in body weight WITHOUT associated disorders? Currently, as a rule, no. But it still happens.

Increased body weight, without concomitant disorders by age

16-18 years old

If a girl has an increase in body weight by this time, then most likely weight gain continues for about 5 years (slight roundness, body mass index slightly exceeded...). If the angle is more than 90 degrees, then this is a hypersthenic type (both girls and boys). If it is 90 degrees, he is normasthenic. Less than 90 degrees – asthenic.

As a rule, such a girl started her morning with sweets, and sweets on an empty stomach have a negative effect on the pancreas. In any case, it is better to replace direct sugars with fruit ones.

At this age, it is advisable to give maximum physical activity. Naturally, within reasonable limits.

21 years old

A girl completes her development at the age of 17-19 (stops growing). The boy completes his development at the age of 21.

If a weight problem arose between the ages of 17 and 30, then this is usually the result of an unhealthy lifestyle, nutrition... At this time, this problem is easily solved by switching to proper nutrition and lifestyle.

Weight gain during pregnancy is normal. Getting a girl back in shape will be directly related to her intimate life.

35 years

At this age, excess weight in men is associated with social failure. Interest in life decreases. The reasons may be either parents or wife. What exactly and what the reason is, you need to look at it personally.

The main food at this age is. If a woman has not taken phytoestrogens since the age of 35, then after 50-60 years there is no point in trying to lose weight. You just need to stop further weight gain and adapt. Here, a prerequisite will be the restoration of the correct daily routine.

Withering in women is usually associated with a decrease in the level of phytoestrogens. In this case, the body will try to get them from food, which naturally does not contain them.

For women under 50, it is not difficult to lose 5-7 kg in 13-14 days without harm to health. On the contrary, for a man under 50 years of age it is more difficult to do this than after this age.

Fat

There are two approaches to the fat cell issue:

1. The fat cell multiplies.

2. The fat cell increases in size.

Recently, it has been proven that the fat cell does not multiply, but increases in size due to a violation of the water-salt balance. Because of this, water retention occurs in the body.

Example: A person goes on a diet. This is stress for the body. First of all, water is discharged (temporarily). Then muscle tissue and only then fat.

With proper nutrition, weight may not decrease much, however, volumes will decrease. Usually, after a diet, the weight comes back.

Mono-diets are dangerous, and protein diets are especially dangerous, because... it has a very negative effect on the kidneys. A water-free diet affects the kidneys even more and much more seriously.

The water-salt balance in the body depends on the microelements in the body. Regular pharmacy vitamins are only absorbed by 3-4%.

What is needed is NOT a diet, but DAILY PROPER NUTRITION. If you do not do this daily, the body will restore its previous parameters from memory.

Within 45 days, the ritual enters the subconscious and, accepted by the body as natural, becomes natural for the body.

We have plenty of water all over the Earth. When we stop drinking (including waterless diets), we are knocked out of the biocenosis, and the body begins to take water from neighboring cells. The basic rule is that water in the body should flow continuously. In the morning, the body “starts up” with half a glass of WARM water. Why warm: cold water stays in the stomach longer, the body requires more strength to warm it, and it will restore strength by accumulating fat.

At 22:00 the liver rhythm starts, so you will want to eat. Typically, the best option is to go to bed at this time.

In order for fat to begin to be burned, aerobic exercise must last at least 40 minutes. The reduction of fat cells will occur due to water.

A bath is also good for getting rid of excess fat. It should be moist and at a temperature of 70-80 degrees.

Frequency is important in physical activity! To determine the optimal intensity, you need to pay attention to your pulse, namely the period during which it recovers after exercise. It is optimal to restore your heart rate after physical activity within 3-5 minutes.

4. Skin care.

We breathe through pores and lose moisture. In summer, you need to stay in the shade to avoid sun damage to your skin or use protective creams with an index of at least 35 units. The main thing is that there is no paraffin in the cream, because... it tightens the skin and clogs the pores.

It is good to shower with PH-neutral gels daily.

5. Proper dairy products:

Milk, baked milk, yogurt, fermented baked milk (processed yogurt).

Fermentation of fungi (kombucha, for example), especially of artificial origin, produces alcohols that are harmful to humans.

6. Rules that will help you change your behavior patterns regarding food:

Eat when you're hungry. If you're not hungry, don't eat.

Don't eat for future use.

Don't eat with company.

It’s easier not to take a bite of a cake than to not finish eating it after taking a bite.

Eat slowly.

If your stomach demands an “elephant”, deceive it: give it a carrot.

3. The battle for beauty and perfection of forms, the fight against
excess weight, modern cosmetics and...
(for the younger generation of the family)

Any cosmetics for women's skin are needed only by healthy people who do not have health problems. For those who have kidney and liver pain, applying cosmetics, even very good and expensive ones, is almost USELESS, you will not noticeably become more beautiful and you should be well aware of this. But there is a way out (see below)

Women, first of all, need to understand that the beauty of facial skin and classic body shapes are determined primarily by health, and not by cosmetics. Therefore, if you want to be beautiful in face and body, first spend energy and money on improving the health of your body and only after that become seriously interested in cosmetic products. To do this, you should take at least the minimum steps:
- tidy up your diet SLIGHTLY;
- normalize the content of carbon dioxide (CO2) in arterial blood using breathing exercises;
- Conduct, if necessary, a medical examination and receive light treatment with medications.
The above also applies to issues of combating excess weight.

If your diet can be put in order relatively quickly on the basis of high-quality literary sources, then a medical examination and drug treatment may take you longer. By the way, the examination and treatment processes will allow you to better understand the life that may come to you in 15-20 years, and be more attentive to your health in your younger years and the health of your loved ones.

You can increase CO2 in arterial blood within 5 – 10 months using various breathing techniques with or without the use of simulators, which are quite fully covered in the literature and the Internet.

Here, for example, is what a young woman writes on one of the sites on the issue of weight loss and treatment of the cardiovascular system.

“I’m mainly addressing the ladies as they are more concerned about this problem. Girls, we are all looking for some kind of diet, we go on them periodically, we torture ourselves and those around us, we suffer, we are hungry and angry. So I want to talk about my successful experience of fighting with myself.
It all started with joint surgery. Imagine, first your unfortunate leg is cut open, chopped, sawed, and iron pins are inserted. And then they say three months - no, no, no physical activity, hormones, medications. After three months, the pins are removed - and in a new circle. This is how my previously very slender figure accumulated many, many excesses. I think everyone can imagine what a toxic factor this is for a young woman. A lot was tried, but, surprisingly, the problem began to be solved in a completely different way than expected. My blood pressure is fluctuating, and my friend, who suffers from the same thing, began to practice on a breathing simulator. Well, I think you all have heard at least a little about the Buteyko system, moderate oxygen starvation and the like. I bought myself such a device - it’s called a capnicator, I’ve been breathing for 2.5 months now. I treated hypertension, but got such a fat burning effect that I couldn’t believe it. Minus 9 kilograms during this time, and specifically the nasty cellulite fat. Naturally, I became interested and this is what I eventually dug up from various sources. What follows is not my text, but excerpts from publications. I’m not a physiologist, but it really works, I just see it for myself.

“A moderate physiological deficiency of oxygen in tissues (hypoxia) simultaneously with a moderate physiological excess of carbon dioxide (hypercapnia) has a powerful fat-burning effect that does not affect muscle tissue. The complete reduction of adipose tissue in long-distance runners is due solely to the effects of hypoxia-hypercapnia.
Methods of influencing the body that result in hypoxia and hypercapnia.

1) Aerobic exercise.
Aerobics is widely used as a physiological means of burning fat. For the purpose of aerobic exercise, running, swimming, skiing, rowing, exercise bikes, treadmills, etc. can be used. The use of aerobics is necessary, but the amount of aerobic exercise can be limited by the general level of performance, which is also influenced by other types of training. If a certain level of total load is exceeded, a drop in muscle mass may occur, so aerobics is used very carefully. With intense physical activity, motor hypoxia-hypercapnia develops. First, the O2 content in the blood and then in the tissues decreases and the Co2 content increases. Especially pronounced hypoxia-hypercapnia occurs in runners, rowers, swimmers, and skiers. The content of somatotropic hormone in the blood plasma increases, burning adipose tissue and enhancing all anabolic processes in the body. Severe hypoxia occurs in the subcutaneous fat tissue, which promotes selective combustion of this particular subcutaneous fat layer.

2) Mountain climatic training.
In a mountain climate, it is much easier to achieve hypoxia than on the plain with the help of aerobic exercise, although it is somewhat more difficult to cause hypercapnia in this way. A greater depth of breathing than usual leads to the leaching of carbon dioxide from the body.

3) Pressure chamber training.
Staying in a pressure chamber under conditions of low partial pressure 02 allows you to simulate the oxygen conditions of a mountain climate. Stepwise adaptation to different “heights” in pressure chamber conditions is used using special techniques. First, a person adapts to one “height” in the pressure chamber, then to another, etc., until he “rises” to the maximum “height” possible for him.

4) Return breathing.
Rebreathing involves inhaling and exhaling into the same space (a buffalo skin bag or a plastic cup). Since a person constantly inhales and exhales the same air, the oxygen content in the air gradually decreases and the carbon dioxide content increases. As a result, severe hypoxia-hypercapnia develops in the body.
The principle of operation of all breathing simulators is to use “dead space”. Physiology calls dead space the space occupied by the trachea and bronchi. In general, its volume does not exceed 0.15 liters. It does not take part in breathing, but serves only as a conductor of air from the environment into the alveoli. By increasing the volume of dead space, we limit gas exchange, because air after inhalation does not reach the alveoli, but enters the dead space. After exhalation, it is not the alveolar air that comes out into the environment, but the air of the dead space. Gas exchange, of course, occurs, but only insofar as the air in the dead space mixes with the alveolar air and then with the surrounding air.

The apparatus for breathing through additional dead space is designed in such a way that a system of interchangeable tubes allows tubes of different diameters and different volumes to be inserted into the same section (Anton Galuzin’s simulator, tubes with a diameter of 30 mm, maximum length up to 355 cm, internal volume of tubes 2500 ml.) Thus, the volume of dead space can increase as training progresses.
This modeling option is ideally suited for individual hypoxicators, which can be attached to the body and breathed through them while performing exercises. The most famous at present are the Frolov Phenomenon and Samozdrav simulators, in which the tubes are made in the form of two plastic cups and additional containers.

5) Breathing exercises.
Basically, these are: a) holding your breath, b) step breathing, c) “breathing inclinations,” d) holding your breath on the move and during exercises.
Breath holds are made in the middle position between inhalation and exhalation. First, you need to take a normal (in no case forced) inhalation, then a normal (again, unformed) exhalation and hold your breath in this position.

8. Research results 2
(for the younger generation of the family and not only..)
In the process of evolution, the human body has adapted to accumulate a supply of nutrients (fat deposition) in conditions of abundance of food in order to consume this supply in conditions of a forced absence or restriction of food. This allowed man to survive in the most difficult conditions of past centuries.
Today, there are practically no extreme problems with food in developed countries, but the physiological habit of accumulating fat in humans has remained. Therefore, in all developed countries today more than 30% of the population is at varying degrees of obesity. In Cyprus, Malta, the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Greece and Slovakia, about two thirds of the male population is obese (when body mass index = weight / height in meters and to the second power > 30). For example, with a height of 165 cm and a body weight of 68 kg. up to 82kg. – this is already the stage of pre-obesity, from 82 kg. up to 95 kg. – this is already the first (lowest) degree of obesity, from 95 kg. up to 109 kg. – second (average) degree of obesity, more than 109 kg. – third (highest) degree of obesity. Experts were also alarmed that there are 103 million overweight children in the European Union, with another 400,000 being added every year.

The majority (90%) of this category of people are obese from overeating, and all hormonal changes are a consequence of obesity.
In this regard, the countries of United Europe intend to launch a large-scale program to improve food health and reduce the mass share of high-calorie foods in the diet of the population.
In the United States, more than 34 million people are obese, 35% of women and 31% of men over 20 years of age, as well as 25% of children and adolescents. Obesity as a social and medical problem costs Americans 50-70 billion dollars a year. About 300,000 people die each year from complications of obesity, and education programs that have spread in recent decades to encourage residents to eat more rationally and be more active have not stopped these trends.
There are no official statistics on obesity in Russia, although Rospotrebnadzor notes that Russians eat an unbalanced diet; the bulk of the diet consists of fats and carbohydrates, which mainly form fat reserves.

Obesity is an increase in body weight due to the deposition of adipose tissue. Obesity can develop as a result of:
- increased food intake and reduced energy expenditure;
- disorders in the pancreas, liver, small and large intestines;
- genetic disorders.
Presuming factors for obesity are:
- sedentary lifestyle;
- increased consumption of easily digestible carbohydrates (drinking sugary drinks, diet rich in sugars, etc.);
- tendency to stress, lack of sleep;
- genetic factors (increased activity of lipogenesis enzymes, decreased activity of lipolysis enzymes, etc.).

Consequences of obesity: type 2 diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, stroke, arterial hypertension, chronic venous insufficiency, cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, arthritis, herniated discs, etc.

The main methods of eliminating obesity are:
- physical activity and following a diet high in fiber, vitamins and other biologically active components (cereals, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbs, etc.). Physical activity can include, for example, long running over rough terrain, training with a barbell, as well as classes with products for general physical training of the population: dumbbells, weights, ropes for climbing and tug-of-war, hoops, equipment for home gymnastics and outdoor areas, poles for climbing and all kinds of expanders;
- limiting the use of carbohydrates that are easily digestible by the body (sugar, sweets, baked goods, bakery and pasta products made from premium flour);
- carrying out liposuction, i.e. a surgical operation, as a result of which fat cells are sucked out. Currently, it is not used for the treatment of obesity, but only for the cosmetic correction of local small fat deposits.

The use of strict diets, which involve a sharp reduction in calorie intake, increases obesity. This is due to the fact that with this diet, weight decreases quite quickly, but after stopping the diet, the need for overeating increases, and obesity increases even more.

Diets focused on quick results using various “weight loss products” are generally dangerous, because often their manufacturers are unknown, they contain diuretic and laxative components that increase the removal of liquid waste from the body. Loss of water by the body is harmful to health and does not solve the problem of obesity, because after stopping taking these medications, weight is restored quite quickly.

It should be noted that without adequate control of daily calorie intake and energy used for physical activity, a successful solution to the problem of obesity is impossible. For successful weight loss, the World Health Organization recommends calculating your usual daily caloric intake of food, and then gradually reducing its calorie content by 500 kcal every month. until you get a figure of 300 - 500 kcal. below the required energy requirement. For people who do not engage in physical labor, this value is 1500 – 2000 kcal. For example, with a daily energy consumption of 2500 kcal. and the calorie content of food consumed is 1500 kcal. the resulting difference is 1000 kcal. replenished by breaking down stored fat. Considering that 1 gr. fat provides approximately 10 kcal of energy, then we should expect the loss of 100 grams per day. previously stored fat. By increasing this difference due to increased physical activity and/or reducing the calorie content of food consumed, you can get rid of a maximum of 150-250 grams. fat deposits per day (4.5-7.5 kg per month).

Considering the mentality of Russians in relation to their health, we can expect that our people will be forced to control the calorie content of their food and run 10 km daily. almost impossible even on pain of death. We would like something simpler.
Oddly enough, breathing exercises have been known and quite well tested in Russia for more than 50 years, which can successfully solve the problem of obesity. These are breathing exercises by A. N. Strelnikova, the method of volitional elimination of deep breathing by K. P. Buteyko, breathing exercises using Frolov, “Samozdrav” simulators, etc. (see written above). At the same time, due to the improvement of metabolism in the body, there is a natural decrease in the need for overeating (appetite worsens) even after stopping breathing exercises when the CO2 concentration reaches 6.5%.
The technology for conducting breathing training with correctors is quite simple to implement and looks something like this: a fat person sits or lies at home in comfortable conditions, watches TV and at the same time, in between, does breathing exercises using, for example, the KDI-05 “Weight Corrector” corrector and successfully solves the problem of fat deposits. This is quite acceptable for Russians. And if at the same time your appetite decreases without much effort, then at the same time you can save a lot of money on food, and the state can successfully solve the food program.

For a sustainable increase in the concentration of CO2 in arterial blood to the required value and the corresponding adaptation of the respiratory center that controls external respiration, on equal terms can be achieved through:
1. periodically increasing the intensity of CO2 release by all cells of the body. This is usually achieved by daily significant physical activity, which can be a relatively long run, training with a barbell, playing football and basketball, as well as exercises with products for general physical training: dumbbells, weights, climbing ropes, hoops, equipment for home gymnastics and open areas, climbing poles and all kinds of expanders;
2. periodic decrease in the intensity of CO2 release from the lungs. This is achieved through the use of breathing exercises by A. N. Strelnikova, the method of volitional elimination of deep breathing by K. P. Buteyko, breathing exercises using Frolov, “Samozdrav”, “Gipoksar”, “Carbonik” simulators, etc.
Therefore, in order to improve their physical condition, each person, ACCORDING TO HIS CAPABILITIES, will determine for himself the option of increasing CO2 in arterial blood, taking into account that breathing exercises with the use of simulators for 30 minutes in terms of physiological effects on the human body is equivalent to significant physical activity, for example, a 10-kilometer run over rough terrain.

It should be noted that breathing exercises are one of the most important components in ensuring a long healthy human life, which is ensured by a balanced diet, consumption of drinking water suitable for the body, an active lifestyle, etc.

One of the clear examples of the effectiveness of breathing training with KDI-05 for eliminating cardiovascular diseases and excess weight is the results of my aunt (woman, 84 years old, lives alone on the 5th floor, does breathing exercises independently).
Initial data as of 11/01/2009
- weight 103 kg, height 167 cm.
- PCO2 in the blood – 3.9%, (V d = 0.45 l., 22 breaths/min., MOD = 9.9 l/min.);

From the presented materials and referring to our own experience, we can definitely say that REGULAR breathing training using technical means is a powerful means of preventing and improving human health, normalizing weight and improving complexion, regardless of age and physical condition.

As you can see, breathing exercises comprehensively solve issues of health, weight, etc.

Soon I will present you with the documents (passport, operating instructions, etc.) and the appearance of my breathing corrector KDI-05 "WEIGHT CORRECTOR". By the way, the technical solutions in this product are completely new, in January 2011. I received a positive decision on an application for an invention from Rospatent. We plan to begin serial production of KDI-05 most likely in March 2011.
