Steel sheets with rhombic and lenticular corrugation. Corrugated Sheet Acceptance and Testing

01.11.2019 Heating
Corrugated steel sheet GOST 8568-77 with one-sided rhombic and lenticular corrugated general purpose. Corrugated steel is made in sheets and rolls with one-sided rhombic or lentil corrugation.

The height of the corrugation on the sheets should be 0.2 - 0.3 of the thickness of the base of the sheet, but not less than 0.5 mm.

Sheets with rhombic corrugation are made with rhombus diagonals (25-30)x(60-70) mm. The configuration of the flute and the location of the large diagonals of the rhombus along or across the sheet are set by the manufacturer. Belts with lentil corrugation are made with a distance between the corrugations of 20, 25 m 30 mm.

Corrugated sheet with lentil corrugation A-1-PV-StZsp2-6x600x6000 TV 14-2-818-88 with a rolled edge, one-sided corrugation is made of carbon steel with a chemical composition in accordance with GOST 380. The height of the reefs on the strip is 1.5 mm at a distance of 40 mm from side edge. Sheets are made with a width of 600 to 2200 mm and a length of 1400 to 8000 mm with a gradation of 50 mm.

By agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, it is allowed to manufacture sheets of other sizes.

Depending on destination corrugated sheets are made:

  • measured length;
  • multiple measured length;
  • measured length with a remainder of not more than 10% of the mass of the batch;
  • multiple measured length with an abundance of not more than 10% of the mass of the batch;
  • unmeasured length.
The remainder is considered to be corrugated sheets with a length within the non-measured range, remaining when cutting into dimensional and multiple dimensional ones.

STATE STANDARD OF THE UNION OF THE SSR

STEEL SHEETS WITH RHOMBIC
AND LENTIL RIFLE

TECHNICAL CONDITIONS

GOST 8568-77

USSR STATE COMMITTEE ON STANDARDS

STATE STANDARD OF THE UNION OF THE SSR

Non-compliance with the standard is punishable by law

This standard applies to steel sheets, hot-rolled with one-sided rhombic and lenticular corrugation for general purposes.

Changed edition. Change No. 4.

1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. The shape, dimensions, limit deviations and weight of 1 m 2 of a sheet with rhombic and lenticular corrugations must correspond to those indicated on, and in .

Changed edition. Change No. 2.

1.1a. Sheet metal by thickness is produced:

high precision - A,

normal accuracy - B.

Changed edition. Change No. 4.

At the request of the consumer, sheets and rolls are produced with maximum deviations:

20 mm - in width for rolled products over 1000 mm with unedged edges;

15 mm - in length for a sheet over 2000 to 6000 mm and over with a thickness of 4.0 and 5.0 mm;

25 mm - with a thickness of 6.0; 8.0; 10.0 and 12.0 mm.

Changed edition. Change No. 3, 4.

1.10. Deviations from flatness - according to GOST 19903-74 improved flatness.

Changed edition. Change No. 1, 4.

1.11. (Excluded. Rev. No. 1.)

1.12. The requirements for steel produced in coils, as well as the dimensions of the coils in width, are in accordance with GOST 19903-74.

Legend Examples

Hot-rolled steel sheet St3sp according to GOST 380-88 with one-sided rhombic corrugation size 3.0´ 1000 ´ 20 00 mm, normal thickness accuracy, improved flatness with rolled edge:

Rhombus sheet V-K-PU-3.0 ´ 1000 ´ 2000 St3sp GOST 8568-77

Lentil leaf V-K-PU-3.0 ´ 1000 ´ 2000 St3sp GOST 8568-77

Hot-rolled coil St3sp brand according to GOST 380-88 with one-sided rhombic corrugation size 3.0´ 1000 mm, high precision, with rolled edge:

Roll rhombus А-К-3,0´ 1 000 St3sp GOST 8568-77

The same, with lentil one-sided corrugation:

Lentil roll A-K-3.0 ´ 1 000 St3sp GOST 8568-77

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Sheets and rolls are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to the technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

Changed edition. Change No. 4.

2.2. Sheets and rolls are made of ordinary quality carbon steel grades St0, St1, St2 and St3 (boiling, calm and semi-quiet) with a chemical composition according to GOST 380-88.

By agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer, it is allowed to produce sheet products without rationing the content of chromium, nickel, copper.

Changed edition. Change No. 4.

2.3. At the request of the consumer, it is allowed to manufacture sheets from steel of other grades.

Changed edition. Change No. 1, 3.

2.4. Sheets rolled on sheet rolling mills are cut off on four sides.

2.5. Sheets and coils rolled on a continuous rolling mill may be supplied with rolled longitudinal edges.

Notches present on the edges should not lead the sheet beyond the nominal dimensions in width.

Changed edition. Change No. 1.

2.6. On the surface of the sheets there should be no rolling and ingot films, dents, shells from scale, rolled bubbles, cracks and contamination. There should be no delaminations on the edges of the sheets.

2.7. On the surface of the sheets, ripples, scale, rust, imprints, individual films are allowed, the depth of which does not exceed the maximum deviations in thickness.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Sheets and rolls are accepted in batches. The party consists of sheets of one type of corrugation. Definition of a batch according to GOST 14637-79.

Changed edition. Change No. 2.

3.2. To control the dimensions and quality of the surface, two sheets or one roll are selected from the batch.

3.3. Upon receipt of unsatisfactory control results for at least one of the indicators, re-control is carried out on a sample selected according to GOST 7566-81.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. Surface control is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.

4.2. The thickness of the base of the sheets and the height of the corrugations are measured at a distance of at least 100 mm from the corners and 40 mm from the edges.

Dimensions at any measured point should not take the sheet thickness beyond the limit deviations.

4.3. Rifle Heighthis defined as the difference in dimensions of the total thickness of the sheets + hand sheet base thicknesss.

5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION
AND STORAGE

5.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage - according to GOST 7566-81.

Changed edition. Change Number 3.
