  3. When the water in the pan boils, we detect 10 minutes. This is important, because if the eggs are overcooked, the yolk will acquire an ugly gray tint that will ruin our serving (the yolks should be as bright and yellow as possible).
  4. We transfer the testicles to a bowl of cold water and while we grind the rest of the ingredients.
  5. The onion is either cut very finely, or chopped into thin quarters of the ring. Grinding is also allowed, but this way it will lose its juiciness.

How to easily cook a delicious mimosa with apples and canned food step by step

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots until cooked in their skins or without - as you like.
  2. Eggs are cooked in the standard way, avoiding overcooking. After 10 minutes, transfer them to a container with ice water and let cool.
  3. Chop the onion finely with a sharp knife or cut into thin half rings.
  4. We peel the skin from the apple, remove the seeds. Three fruit on a coarse grater, we do the same with vegetables.
  5. We rub the cheese on a medium-sized grater.
  6. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites, rub each of them separately. Be sure to put them in different containers so as not to mix.
  7. We open the cans, drain the water. Mash the meat with a fork and put it on the bottom of the salad bowl. Pour in a little mayonnaise and level it over the fish layer.
  8. Now we place an onion on top of the mayonnaise and cover it with mayonnaise sauce too.
  9. The next turn of grated egg whites, we also cover them with mayonnaise.
  10. Now grated cheese and carrots. Mayonnaise smear, then potatoes and a final layer of mayonnaise.
  11. We complete the collection of our salad snack with chopped yolk - they need to sprinkle the surface of the mimosa.

If you suddenly couldn’t get a salad onion, it doesn’t matter. Take an ordinary onion and let it stand in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Or marinate in a mixture of water, vinegar, sugar and salt.

Original homemade mimosa with rice and apples

Ingredients

  • We will boil the eggs in the same way as we did in previous recipes and prepare them in the same way.
  • Drain the juice from the tuna, knead it gently with a fork, but not too finely.
  • We clean the apples and rub on a coarse grater. We clean the onion from the husk and cut it finely.
  • Now we collect our mimosa. Lubricate the salad bowl with mayonnaise a little and spread the grated apples.
  • We cover them with rice, grease its surface with mayonnaise.
  • We cover everything with fish mass and salad onions, add mayonnaise again.
  • The last inner layer is a mixture of protein and grated cheese. We cover them with a mayonnaise cap and sprinkle it on top with grated yolks.
  • To make such a mimosa salad with an apple as successful as possible, it is recommended to take a fruit variety with a slight sourness. Such apples will originally fit into the overall taste picture and perfectly complement it.
